After 2 years of living at Queenwood in Cardiff, Wales, and many phone calls later, we submit this review of our Internet Service Provider. For about 2 weeks we actually enjoyed a 45 KBytes/second download speed. Sadly, that didn't last and quickly went back to our great service that sits at 0.16Mbits. Technically this does not qualify as Broadband Internet. When we moved in, it was actually downloading at 0.11 Mbits and uploading at 0.33Mbits. Our uploads have always been faster than our downlo

Disconnects every 2-5 minutes and has done for about 2months.
Yeah, I have the same issue in terms of download and upload speeds. Even as I’m typing, the video is still loading, which just shows how crap it is… though it doesn’t seem to be as bad as yours :S I get around 40-50KBP/s on a 20MB BT Broadband Deal, which I already think is truly horrendous. The fact that I live with 3 other people that frequently use the internet is what makes me suffer so much when I try to play online.

do you live in sky network area where you could recieve sky tv as well.
i live in cardiff to have sky internet soppsed to be 10 mb it is freaking crap
