Sounds like my provider here in the US, we pay big bucks for good service and it randomly drops, just completely lose connection. Intensely frustrating, I feel the pain Owens.

omg i agree mate, i use virgin and at night it keeps turning on and off so it fucks up my downloads and internet server. I even got that blue screen of death coz of it so fuck you Virgin media.

@pcgamer999 virgin media cap your internet at certain times, i pay for 10mb get 1mb when its not capped and 200-300kbs capped

Those engineers just live in the sea of alcohol and they are so deep in there, that it takes about 10 days to reach them, about 19 days and 23 hours to get out from the sea and about 20 mins to fix everything.
