How Do You Know if Your ISP Is Blocking Certain Websites?

Since my ISP ventured into the voip over cable business, my quality of service has seriously degraded, with frequent disconnects and a lot of page not found or server unavailable error messages. I would chalk it up entirely to an overextended network due to the rapid expansion, but some sites routinely are difficult to access, including major voip competitors' sites.
Yes, I have a firewall, but the programs that need to access the internet are all on my exceptions list.

My ISP is Charter How do you know if your ISP is blocking certain websites?

Well, shearch the web for comments/reviews before you order it. By the way, you shold post your ISP’s name so all of us will avoid to use it:)
